Borrowing Policy
Ka Waihona Ākea materials may be borrowed by students, faculty and staff with a valid KSK ID.
KSK students may check out library materials for 2 weeks.
KSK faculty and staff may check out library materials for 6 weeks.
Renewals are allowed and may be requested by users via e-mail, online, phone or in person.
Reference materials are for in-library use only. The Head Librarian may approve a loan (1 to 7 days) of reference items to teachers and staff on a case-by-case basis.
Students may borrow audio/visual equipment overnight, but must have an Equipment Usage Agreement form signed by student and parent on file.
Overdue Materials Policy
Students with overdue materials will be emailed weekly to renew or return their materials immediately. If materials are not returned, students may be billed for all unreturned or lost materials.
Renewing Materials Online
**All materials must be renewed online BEFORE the due date.**
Midkiff has a variety of A/V equipment available to borrow for 1-2 days at a time. Equipment includes digital video recorders, Go Pros, tripods, microphones, memory sticks, etc. You must have an Equipment Usage Agreement form signed and on file at the front desk to borrow.

Midkiff reserves the right to close for special events. Closed on holidays.
